Definitions
Project Owner: A registered individual or business who submits a project for funding.
Investor: A registered individual or institution who invests in approved projects.
Platform: The BridgeFund website and all related systems and services.
Funding Campaign: A project published on BridgeFund for raising capital.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate and verifiable personal or business information.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

Account Registration
Project Owners must complete registration with required documentation.
Users are responsible for maintaining login credentials confidentiality.
BridgeFund reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject any account.

Project Submission & Approval
Project Owners may submit projects after account approval.
All projects undergo review and verification before publication.
We reserve the right to reject projects violating legal or platform standards.

Fees & Payments
Service fees may apply for project listings or successful fundraisings.
All fees disclosed before submission or investment.
Transactions processed through verified payment gateways or escrow partners.

User Obligations

Users agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Use the platform for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities.
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos and software, are BridgeFund property protected by copyright law.

Users retain project ownership but grant BridgeFund permission to display and promote for fundraising.

Disclaimer

BridgeFund does not guarantee fundraising success or investment returns.

All investments carry risks - conduct due diligence before participating.

10. Limitation of Liability

BridgeFund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, including data loss, investment loss, or project failure.

11. Termination

BridgeFund reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
